Boy gets lost in the forest and survives thanks to a friendly bear.

A three year old boy called Casey Lynn Hathaway, was lost in the

forest, without food or water. Rescuers followed the markers, who 

went missing when he wandered off on a family camping trip, was 

spotted by park rangers scouring the million-acre Ashley National 

Forest in Utah. He was in the bushes with thorns.

The boy survived thanks to a friendly bear that protected him when he was there. ‘I was really scared’, he added. ‘But Man vs Wild tells you how to survive all different terrains.’ The kid said. His father added: ‘The thing that he recognized from the show, is that regardless of the circumstances you're in, you are capable of surviving.’

Search and rescue teams on foot, horses and mules fanned out to look for Casey overnight. Tracker dogs were also brought in as well as helicopters.

His first words when reunited with his parents Kynan and Kimberley were ‘Happy Father’s Day’.

People say that the child told them "His best friend, the bear, was with him all the time to keep him safe from danger".

Authorities said that they are going to keep the investigation going. They think that this may be a possible kidnapping.

Maybe the friendly bear was a person with a costume, because as we remember the kid is only 3 years old, so it makes us think about it.

There have been many similar cases where children are lost and they are helped or protected by bears, which makes us think that it is very likely that there is a kidnapping or simply nature does it again.
