MOVIE REVIEW.
LIFE, ANIMATED.
In this weekly post I’m going to talk about the movie,
documental called “Life, Animated”.
The film talks about the life of Owen and his family.
The family was conformed by Owen, his brother, mom and
dad.

It starts with a little Owen being a normal kid playing with
his dad, but they just start to listen that Owen wasn’t
talking very good, so they decided to bring him to the
doctor and see if there is something wrong.

Then in the film show us how the life was for Owen, also
how he learns to interact with the people and this is the
interesting part of the film. It shows us that he learns to
speak and write with Disney animated films like:
Cinderella, Monsters Inc., Aladdin, The little mermaid…

These movies were the most showed ones in the film, it
doesn’t only show us this, it also shows us the life, his
girlfriend, his travels to France and how he starts to live
alone…
At the end it shows us how it is for him, how his feelings
are so honest and the most important, that he can have a
normal life as we have.

Is not a film that I would watch a multiple times or because
I liked so much, but is interesting, is a theme that almost
everyone makes documentals.
In my personal opinion my favourite scene is when the
history that he wrote, because is amazing how someone
with his incapacity learn to write and draw so well,
because there is people that have no incapacity or some
issue and don’t even know how to structure a history or
draw a simple house. It is pretty special because I never
have seen someone in my life with this incapacity and can
draw like he does.
My favourite character was Owens brother, because I
know how is to have a brother or sister with some
incapacity and how is to don’t have a lot of attention as
Owen or my sister have. So is my favourite because I
identify myself, and know that is more hard for us that is to
the person who has the incapacity.
Also because he is kind with his brother and help him with
everything.

To this film I give it the ranking of 3/5 because sometimes
it was so boring and it was a little slowly, I mean the film
was developed so slowly and it makes the people decided
to see another film.
But I have to say that there were parts
that makes me decided to give it 3 and not 2, for example:
when he told us that he memorise all the dialogues from
the films.

My conclusion is that is amazing how someone life can
change for an incapacity and how he moves it one so
incredible as he does.

If I could say something to him I will tell him that is a
perfect example for a lot of people out there, and to all the
bullies that he can do more things that they can.
